  • We are a private-pay service and do not bill insurance directly. Fees vary depending on the type and scope of the evaluation. We will provide a clear cost estimate before you commit to services.

  • If your child is having trouble:

    • identifying letters and/or the sounds they make

    • blending sounds into words when decoding

    • slow rate when reading out loud

    • poor in spelling

    • struggles to retell a story or passage after it is read

    • OR you simply want someone else to help guide you in helping your child

  • Knowing where to start is difficult! If you are new to homeschooling, or just want help deciphering the curriculum you are using, this is a great option! It provides the parent/ instructor with clarity and consultation to have the confidence they need - and deserve to help instruct their child.

  • A psychoeducational evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand how a child learns, thinks, and processes information. It may include measures of cognitive abilities, academic achievement, memory, attention, processing skills, and other areas that can impact learning. The goal is to develop a clear picture of the child’s unique learning profile and identify strengths and challenges.

  • We provide tutoring services and evaluations for students in kindergarten through high school.

  • The evaluation process typically takes 2–4 weeks from start to finish, including testing sessions, scoring and interpretation, and a detailed written report. We will discuss the timeline at your intake appointment so you know exactly what to expect.
